This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Fantasy ROI Inc. collects, uses and discloses personal information when you use the Fantasy ROI website and Services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

When you register for an account, subscribe to our services, contact us or otherwise interact with the Services, we collect information that may include:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, country and province/state of residence and other registration details.
  • Subscription and Payment Information: Payment method, billing address and transaction history. Payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card number.
  • Third-Party Platform Credentials and Data: You may provide us with login credentials, API tokens or other information to enable retrieval of data from Third-Party Platforms. You may also upload screenshots or manually input statistics from your fantasy accounts so that we can extract the relevant data. We use these credentials, files and entries solely to access and copy your fantasy-sports data into our dashboards. We do not share your credentials or screenshots with unaffiliated third parties.
  • Communications and Support: Information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback or support requests.
  • User Content: Information you submit through our Services, such as comments, team names, screenshots or other materials you upload. Please do not submit personal information that you do not wish to make public.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage when you access the Services, including:

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages and other similar information. We use this data to operate and improve our Services and to develop new features.

We do not share your credentials with other parties and we do not disclose your Third-Party Platform data except as directed by you.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or investigate fraud or security issues.
  • Corporate Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you personally for analytics, research or marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. However, no security measures are perfect and we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed or used in a manner inconsistent with this Policy.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When your account is closed, we will delete or anonymize your information, except for information we are required to retain for legal, regulatory or compliance purposes.

You may also have the right to object to or restrict our processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete that information and close the account.

9. International Users

Fantasy ROI is based in Canada and processes data in Canada and the United States. If you access the Services from outside these regions, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in Canada or the United States. By using the Services, you consent to these transfers. Data-protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your country of residence.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on our Site and indicating the effective date. If changes materially alter your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the Services or via email before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
